Business Relations Second Chance Program
If you are a cash / carry vendor who vend one of LVP produced events and DO NOT make a equal return on your table fee, then you may qualify for a one time single re-feature, at and equal event, for 50% off the regular table fee. (Direct Sale Businesses and Members of the WW Sisterhood Ineligible). If you do not remain at the event the entire duration of the event, then you are disqualified from this program. This is a 'Courtesy' program, that we offer at our discretion. If a business owner displays any of the following behaviors, you are not eligible.
Requirements to be Eligible for Second Chance
All vendors must meet the following criteria to qualify for Second Chance. (1) Business owners make every attempt to engage potential clients (2) Business owners must be knowledgeable and excited about their products, (3) Business owners must interact with other vendors (4) Business owners must possess a pleasant attitude (5) Business owners must maintain professionalism at all times. (6) Business owners must meet product display standards and have quality products as determined by LVP administration.
At the discretion of LVP, vendors may be prohibited from vending twice within a 90 time frame. This decision is based on products, previous vending experience and member booking.
Second Chance does not qualify for our ticketed or Special Events.

Preferred Vendor Program
After participating in one of our events, some entrepreneurs will be selected for our Preferred Vendor Program. This means their service delivery aligns with our mission to provide quality products, presented in an appealing manner, with friendly customer service. More importantly, their enthusiasm about their product/service, presentation and professionalism makes them an entrepreneur of preference.
As a preferred vendor with Lions Vision Productions, you will have first opportunity to vend our events. We will often contact you prior to making a public call for vendors, at which time, you'll have 24 hours to confirm. Additionally, through our Vendor Referral Program, we will refer your product/service to our affiliates and forward you vending opportunities for events that we may not be directly involved. You are under no obligation to participate. If you feel like the event will benefit you, feel free to participate. If not, that's also your choice.
If preferred vendors become paid Gold or Platinum members, they qualify for exclusive feature in their category at all expos.

Vendor Fee Schedule:
-Expos Standard 6ft table (Table Only)- $100.00 (Includes (1) 18 Gallon Bin)
-Expos Premier Placement (8ft Table + Best Venue Placement + (2) 18 Gallon Bins) - $150.00
-Conferences, Conventions, Special Events All Vendors $175
-Clothing Rack (2 Rack holds 15 garments each + 30 hangers) $30.00 max rental To select one table, with two racks and 30 hangers simple select 2 garment rack option and pay for Premier Table.
- $100.00 Manicurist or Masseuse general participation
-Jewelry Display Combo Rental - $30.00 (must be booked at time of registration) (2 T-bar bracelet/watch displays, 1 18" T-bar necklace display, 4 Easel Necklace displays, 1 Ring display holds 20 rings or 10 single ring holders), 4 Earring displays holds 10 pairs each)
- Table Risers - $30.00 set of 5
-Extra storage bin Rental - $10.00 (18 Gallon - must be booked at time of registration)
-Garment Rack including 15 hangers, per rack (must be booked at time of registration) $30.00 - 2 garment racks with 30 hangers
Disclaimer for Businesses Staffed Non-LVP Events:
We accept non-LVP produced events for our Preferred Staffing Service with the best knowledge and intention. However, we can only determine estimated attendance based on the information provided to us by the organizer. However, we do our best to service the best events and we make efforts to maintain good relations with our vendors.
All Business Owners Are Required to:
-Sign a Feature Agreement (available in advance upon request)
-Sign Photo / Video Release
-Wear All Black Attire
-Vend Authentic products (No counterfeit goods)
-Participate in Event Call the Day Prior to Event
-Store excess inventory in under table bin
-Adhere to a 2 Person table maximum
-Pay $25.00 late fee for late check-ins
-Remain at the event for at least (6 hours) 5:00 pm (Product vendors who do not remain at the event the entire time do not qualify for Business Relations Program.
Participants are Prohibited From:
-Using their own tables and / or chairs / racks
-Bringing alcohol beverages to the venue
-Using their own umbrellas
-Smoking in the expo area
-Storing bags under tables
-Bringing Balloons or oversized signs
-Displaying unapproved items on display tables
WWEE DOES NOT feature any unauthentic goods and products. Any vendor found with counterfeit products at an event will be removed from the event and vendor fee forfeited.
All Tables are Final SALE and Non-Refundable unless LVP or the venue cancels the event without rescheduling. If weather cancels an event the vendor will be rebooked. An event that is rescheduled does not represent a cancellation. If a business owner fails to show for an event, the table fee is forfeited. LVP will not rebook a business owner who cannot make an event after confirming their attendance.
If weather prevents an event that is already in progress and the event is ceased or cancelled, the vendor will be rebooked for that event (if the event has progressed less than 4 hours). However, refunds will not be given for conditions beyond our control or 'acts of God'.
Any business owner who cancels their participation any time after payment, OR does not show for an event, will forfeit their table fee and will not receive an alternate placement date.
All reservations are final after confirmation. Once you submit the feature fees you may not change that date for any reason, nor will you be given a refund.
SSP Program (Special Service Providers)
Some Service Providers will be qualified to participate in our SSP Program for "Special Events" via one of the following options:
OPTION A - Submit Vendor Fee - pay to vend and charge event participants for your service.
OPTION B - NON PAY OPTION - LVP will waive the vendor fee, in exchange the service provider will provide their services FREE OF CHARGE to event goers being compensated by our UNLIMITED mandatory "Tip Rate" of $5.00 per person who receives your service.
**If the service provider does not receive minimally $150.00 in tips, LVP will make up the difference equal to $150.00.
OPTION C - For hire. I am a servicve provider paid by the event producer. I provide my services free to event goers.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO PAY TO SUBMIT YOUR VENDOR APPLICATION JUST CLICK SUBMIT. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT PAYMENT UNLESS YOU RECEIVE AN APPROVAL TO VEND NOTIFICATION EMAIL.
